The truth is that English can be a difficult language to learn for a non-native English speaker. Because it’s not spoken phonetically (the way it reads), it’s not easy. Even more so, when some non-native speakers, speak with their own native accent, pronunciation style, speed of delivery, intonation etc they become very difficult to understand. This challenge exists even in the corporate world, with people who have double degrees, and who are highly intelligent. Saddest thing of all is that colleagues and clients are often too polite to say anything, for fear of offending.
Does it really matter though?

We’ve built a program that aims at addressing the communication challenge described above. Clear English for Business is aimed at supporting people for whom English is a second language. Despite having a considerable mastery of the actual words (60%+), their pronunciation, intonation and pace can significantly diminish their real clarity, especially in the work environment.
